Gambit from X Men Origins

Many of you might have already got a glimpse of the actor who is playing Gambit. But the moment I saw it was not Sawyer from Lost my excitement fizzled out a bit.

For those of who didn’t get a chance to see the trailer? Here is a chance to see Gambit in a newly released photo thanks to Empire Magazine. The official trailer for the Wolverine movie is all set to hit theatres on December 12 th alongside The Day the Earth Stood Still.

The image doesn’t really give away anything about the character. It looks like a shot from a simple poker game without any of the customary coat which is gambit is known for. There is also a lack of the red eyes used most of the time. I think this film might turn out to be really poor version of any of the Marvel Comics. A Wolverine centered movie will surely not be something the fans will want right now.
