The book was quite depressing. What happens to him and his daughter - it was like, this whole scenanrio was just waiting to happen. The whole story built up to something like this. And finally what happens to the daughter and her decision, it kind of baffles me till date. I mean after being tormented yet she decides on living on there. Unable to fathom it at times.
