Kat Dennings will join the cast of Woody Harrelson and Sandra Oh in Defender. The film is written by Peter Stebbings, who is making his directorial debut, the film centers on a regular guy played by Harrelson who believes he has a secret superhero identity. Dennings will play a teenager he befriends, while Oh is cast as his psychiatrist.

The shooting for the movie will begin next month in Toronto on the film, which is being produced by Darius Films principal Nicholas Tabarrok. The film is good take for Harrelson to explore after what Robert Downey Jr did with Iron Man.
