The new trailer for the movie gives clear idea of what Frank Miller has in store for us. The first trailer was almost like when Sin City meets the Toons. It surely got a lot of bad buzz in its promotional footage at the recent Comic Con. But all that has recently changed with a series of photographs that have been passed out at every leading blog. Now with release of the new trailer they have sort of cemented the premise behind the whole film.

The new trailer seems to be bad ass and is filled with images of total destruction. So this is more in line with the darkness Frank Miller is known to bring out. so after Sin City this is surely going to be another reason to get to the theatres this winter. The film is both written and directed by legendary comic book author Frank Miller, who previously did the Sin City films with Robert Rodriguez. The film is based on Will Eisner’s newspaper comic strip of the same name that originally debuted in 1940. The film will now release on December 25th.
