The new Holocaust movie that has been doing the rounds on the internet is this well intentioned but depressing film. The film stars one of my favorites David Thewlis who plays the father of a boy who is a high ranking officer at the infamous Auschwitz concentration camp. He takes his son to the camp so that he could be looked after. But then a series of events leads the boy to another boy of the same age. But this boy seems to be caged and walks around in Stripped Pajamas.

The film is based on the novel by John Boyne who wanted this story to be a children’s book. The trailer will surely take your breath away. The powerful chemistry between the two boys and their unlikely friendship in the face of the war that is happening in the background might just be the idea of a Great War film.The film also stars Rupert Friend and Vera Farmiga.
