William Dafoe will star alongside Charlotte Gainsbourg in the next film directed by my favorite Lars Von Trier in Antichrist. The name will automatically generate enough of controversy in the coming weeks. But with addition of Willem it will be interesting because he has already played Jesus Christ in the Martin Scorcese directed film Last Temptation of Christ.

Now we need to see what will Lars Von Trier will do with his take. The script for the film has already been written by both Lars Von Trier and Ander thomas Jensen. Its is said to be a psychological thriller that evolves into a horror film. This looks like probably a clever take on the Funny Games movie by Michael Heneke.

Dafoe and Gainsbourg will play a couple who retreat to an isolated cabin in the woods following the death of their child. Production on the movie will begin in Germany this month. There is surely not going to be much hype on the film but we are sure to bring in regular updates on the film.

Meta Louise Foldager is producing this movie and the budget of the film will be around 11 million dollars.
