Rowan Wood’s new film is a story of tragedy and hope for our times, Winged Creatures is a powerful ensemble drama that explores the notion that our lives are fleeting, like birds in flight, like winged creatures. Known for his previous films Little Fish and The Boys, this trailer looks pretty amazing. This indie film boasts a stunning cast which includes Dakota Fanning, Embeth Davidtz, Forest Whitaker, Guy Pearce, Jackie Earle Haley, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Jennifer Hudson, Josh Hutcherson and Kate Beckinsale.

I’ve seen Little Fish (Cate Blanchett very good here). This coming from the same film-maker – would like to watch it..
