It is a film that just wants you to see it for what it is. It doesn’t make any jurisdictions and at times leaves you at the mercy of its plot structure. Anurag Kashyap who was an Executive Producer in the project brought his wealth of experience from films Like Black Friday on to the set. The director himself was familiar of shooting with crowds and this proved to be one of the strongest points of the film. The attention to detail is what has made this film a treat to watch. The circumstances are at times gruesome for the actor who was so giving to his role that made the whole character sketch one of the strongest assets to the film. He was just made to run a lot throughout this movie. He is also made to go to places that are about to be destroyed maybe during the whole shooting process. It is not a film for the faint hearted. it has themes that really mature for many of the audience this might go against favor. But the true spirit of the film is what makes this movie a worth watch perhaps even the best movie of the year.
Many of the films ideas were taken from the Filipino film Cavite. But the simple of idea of a man running from A to B has its implications. It delves into many several social issues that parallel the characters identity. It provides the necessary crux for the whole story. But the truth be told this is a director and scriptwriters film.
