Paul Thomas Anderson teams up with the method actor Daniel Day Lewis. He plays a turn of the century tycoon who comes to a town with his only family his son to dig for oil where he clashes with a preacher played by Paul Dano. One of the things to look out for is the soundtrack done by the Radiohead guitarist Jon Greenwood. Many of previews held around New york and LA has already revealed that There Will be Oscars for this one.
